As Chief Operating Officer and Senior Designer of MyFrontOffice LLC, Rose is the visionary behind the company’s groundbreaking Digital Business Sports Cards—a first-of-its-kind, NIL-compliant digital branding platform designed specifically for athletes, coaches, and team personnel. With the rise of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights, Rose recognized a critical need for athletes—especially in the minor league and amateur sectors—to professionally brand themselves, manage their identities, and build marketable profiles. The cards enable users to showcase bios, contact info, sponsorship links, and social media, helping athletes remain competitive and connected in a digital-first world while staying fully compliant with NIL regulations.

This platform has quickly become a valuable asset to sports teams and business owners alike, offering a dynamic tool for digital networking, business development, and brand visibility. Under Rose’s leadership, MyFrontOffice has also launched a team management portal to streamline business planning, budgeting, and communications—further cementing the company’s role as a digital solutions partner in the evolving sports industry.

Beyond her work in technology, Rose is also the Founder and CEO of D’Vacor Graphics & Entertainment, where she produces high-profile events ranging from fashion shows and concerts to corporate galas and nonprofit fundraisers. Her skill in seamlessly blending creative direction with logistical precision has made her a go-to expert in event production and visual branding.

Previously, Rose served as the CEO and Executive Producer of the California Black Expo, which she built into the largest event of its kind for people of color in the state. Under her leadership, the expo drew more than 20,000 attendees annually, grew nearly 50% year over year, and became a vital hub for Black business, culture, and entertainment.

Throughout her career, Rose has been a champion for diversity, inclusion, and community impact. She has held leadership and advisory roles on the boards of several nonprofits, including Haven’s Future and the Tyra Lynn Foundation, and continues to use her platform to support equity-focused initiatives.
