Grab your clubs, call your crew, and get ready for a day of good times and even greater impact! On Friday, March 27, 2026, the KJ Impact Foundation, founded by retired NFL running back and Auburn legend Kerryon Johnson, invites you to the breathtaking Robert Trent Jones Hampton Cove Highlands Course in Owens Crossroads, Alabama for our second annual charity golf tournament.

This exciting 4‑man shotgun scramble, starting at 8:00 a.m., combines friendly competition with a shared goal—empowering youth through education, leadership, and community engagement. Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, an exclusive player swag bagon-course lunch, and access to our Awards & Scholarship Banquet, where we’ll celebrate tournament champions and honor our newest KJ Impact Scholars.

Special guest NFL cornerback Jamel Dean will join us as this year’s keynote speaker, sharing an inspiring message on perseverance, teamwork, and making an impact both on and off the field.

Experience the unique challenge and beauty of the Robert Trent Jones Hampton Cove Highlands Course, renowned for its stunning design and water features

Indulge in a shotgun scramble format, perfect for all skill levels, followed by an awards ceremony and fellowship

Test your skills and compete for fantastic prizes. Awards will be given to the top teams, and special on-course contests include:

  • Long Drive

  • Closest to the Pin

  • Hole-in-One Challenge

  • and more

In a shotgun scramble, all teams start at different holes simultaneously (at 8:00 AM in this case). Each player on a team tees off, and then the team selects the best shot among them. All players then play their next shot from that chosen spot. This continues until the ball is holed. This format is designed for fun, faster play, and encourages teamwork!

Why Your Participation Matters

Founded by retired NFL running back and Auburn legend Kerryon Johnson, the KJImpact Foundation is dedicated to empowering youth through education, leadership, and community engagement. Proceeds from this event directly support the KJImpact Scholarship Award, which provides $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors across Huntsville and Madison County who are pursuing college or technical education programs.

Encourage eligible students to apply — or recommend a graduating senior who would benefit from this opportunity! Applications for the 2026 KJ Impact Scholarship Award are open now through February 13, 2026.
